Tim Robinson is an educator by trade and a whitewater canoeist at heart, with nearly 20 years of experience navigating rapids and scouting the best lines. He's always on the hunt for a great deal on used canoes to support his passion for introducing newcomers to the sport. Through his trips and contributions to the Split Rock Outdoors website, Tim eagerly shares his knowledge, ensuring others gain the confidence and skills to tackle moving water. A firm believer in the value of rescue training, he’s always refining his skills—and if you need a rock-solid trucker’s hitch, he’s your guy.

Tim was a canoe tripping guide for 3 years and holds an ORCKA Level 2 Canoe Tripping certification.
